Specialist / senior Specialist, Credit and Guarantees Department, Customer Service

Job Description:

• Provide detailed information on credit product terms to clients applying for a loan;
• Attract new clients;
• Conduct business analysis related to credit applications;
• Receive required documents from clients for loan approval;
• Prepare reports on business analyses and present them to the committee;
• Form and manage the credit portfolio;
• Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely payments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in finance or economics);
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work with a team and clients;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani – fluent, Russian and English – preferable;
• Proficiency in office software.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
